7-Day Launch Guarantee

If we don't launch your website within 7 days after receiving your complete business details and materials, you will automatically receive a $100 refund.

Note: The 7-day countdown begins once we have all necessary information from you, including business details, photos, and any other requested materials.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

After your website is delivered and launched, you have 7 days to review it. If you're not satisfied with the final result within that first week, you can request a refund.

This guarantee applies after you've approved the final version and the site has been launched. During the 6-week revision period, we'll work with you to make unlimited changes until you're happy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under either guarantee, simply contact us via:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Optional add-on services (Google Ads Management, additional pages, small edits)
  • Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of required materials from the client
  • Requests made after the applicable guarantee period has expired
